FAQ
Availability
- Please submit your request & info via our “request booking” form on the home page. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and secure your booking.
- You can always email or call us as well to verify availability before booking.
Booking & Payment
- 50% deposit due at booking, remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.
- For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Dates cannot be reserved for events without deposit.
- Accepted payment methods: Check, Credit Card, Zelle and Venmo.
Cancellations
- Deposit is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if you cancel after 48 hours the deposit is forfeited. However, if you would like to reschedule, we can move your deposit to the new date.
- For extenuating circumstances please reach out to us about your event.
Service Area
- Gwinnett County, Hall County, Jackson County, Barrow County
- If your county is not listed, please inquire within to see if we can accommodate. ($50 travel fee will apply).
Setup & Breakdown
- We will arrive 30 mins before the start time of the event to setup.
- We will be available via phone or text for any issues or assistance during the event.
- Promptly at the end of the booking we will breakdown and it will take about 10-15 minutes.
Space & Electrical
- We need a 10’ x 10’ space to setup.
- We need one (1) 20-amp outlet for power.
- The space must be dry and covered.
Idle Time
- We do not pause for idle time.
Additional Time
- Additional Time is available for $150/hour – please reference our booking page for to add additional time on top of our 4-hour booking package.
- If you need to add additional time the day of the event, please contact us as soon as possible to accomodate.
Age for usage
- Machine should be operated by persons of 12 years or older.
Equipment
- The client is responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by guests or weather.
- Memories & Moments Co is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper usages of the booth or props.
Weather
- If your event is outdoors, you must have a covered space or backup space in case of bad weather. Memories & Moments Co is not liable for damages caused by weather due to improper placement at the event.
- Refunds will not be issued for weather-related interruptions.
Use of photos
- We reserve the right to use event photos for our portfolio, social media, and marketing unless it is requested in writing not to prior to the event.
- You or your guests are not entitled to monetary compensation for the usage of photos.
Time of events
- All events require a booking of 2 hours minimum.
- If your event is longer than packages available, please inquire within for customized package to cater to your event.
Contract Agreement
- All bookings require a signed contract to finalize booking. This contract will be emailed to you once you have submitted your booking request & deposit.
Insurance
- We are insured and hold business insurance required by most venues.
